Shipping times are approximate and may vary. Once an order has been placed it cannot be guaranteed to arrive by a certain date. When your items leave us you will be provided with a tracking number on your dispatch confirmation, once this happens any delays are out of our hands.

Please be aware international orders (outside the UK) may be subject to sales tax, import duties and custom charges at the buyers expense.
Elfies cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost via post.
